Our client is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk for their locations in the Sand Hill/Goshen Springs area.
As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for monitoring all merchandise entering and leaving the warehouses of the company, ensuring quality and productivity standards.
This includes varied responsibilities such as fulfilling orders and invoices, pulling inventory, and speaking with vendors and customers.
In this position, you will be working both indoors and outdoors during the day as required by your duties, so only candidates who are comfortable with both can be considered for this position. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds of parts.
The client has two locations between Goshen Springs and Sand Hill, north of Brandon, MS. The candidate will be commuting to both locations.

The Design Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager for Advanced Cooling Solutions (ACS). She/he works within the Engineering Department to design, develop, and document unit designs within the scope of products manufactured by the ACS department. This position will be responsible for the transfer of technology including but not limited to documentation of products that span across CIS Regions (Americas, EMEA, and China).
? Design & Develop new products and supporting documentation based on project scope, market needs and regulatory requirements for the Applied Products or Industrial Products departments.

? Perform finite element modeling and structural simulation for the products. Interpret FEA results and recommend design changes/directions to meet product performance requirements.

The minimum requirement is a BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with a strong fundamental background and/or experience in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics and psychometrics. Four plus years’ experience with HVAC or unitary design especially those dealing with sheet metal is a plus. Bilingual ability in both spoken and written Spanish and English is preferred.
The person should have a working knowledge of Mathcad, a 3D CAD System, FEA & CFD software and Microsoft Office applications.The person must have strong analysis and problem solving skills. She/he shall also have a strong communication skills.
Position Description: This position must ensure that all reasonable customer requirements are met with regards to specific and specialized engineering needs. Requires a high level of communication skill to present an efficient and courteous presence for the customer. Additional production and product development projects will add a level of integration into the complete sales/production process. The incumbent will gain sales and marketing knowledge along with specific heat transfer engineering to qualify him/her for potential service as a Field Sales Rep. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing – CCP. This position serves Commercial Coil Products heat transfer customers through both our Fields Sales Rep and through contact with a base of direct house account customers.
Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is to provide the necessary technical assistance to support Sales and Marketing while building relationships with our customers and providing manageable project assistance for product development and production engineering requests. The incumbent will be called upon in his/her daily activities to assist in the selection of heat transfer products specific to applications and/or materials of construction. The candidate should have a working knowledge of heat transfer science to assist in application selections and design. He/she will be trained in and expected to use our in-house software developed for this purpose. The incumbent will be required to participate in the review process when large or special applications are involved. The Approval process will include responsibilities such as heat transfer engineering and production engineering. Pricing will be part of the process but handled independently through others. He/she will be responsible for supplying sufficient information for the preparation of drawings for both submittal and production. Other duties might include assisting with the resolution of quality issues and providing sufficient information for our production managers to ensure the proposed project designs are consistent with our production methods. Limited travel to customer sites and to industry trade shows may be required, no more than 5%.
Skills: He/she should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word and Powerpoint and with MathCad. Knowledge of common drafting platforms is a plus. Knowledge of ASME Code requirements and calculations also a plus.
BS/BA in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred, Chemical Engineering considered
The hire for this position will deal with a broad spectrum of tasks, including, but not limited to: General Ledger and Journal entries; Bank transactions and reconciliations; Payroll and some HR/Benefits administration. Some knowledge/experience of billing related tasks will be helpful. Knowledge of computer database operation essential, especially SQL and Excel skills related to retrieving data out of such spreadsheets. As always – the most important things are reliability and common sense when it comes to accounting best practices.
